The law firm Mundaca & Associates Ltda. (Tax ID: 78.775.290-k) was founded in 1993 by attorney Matías Mundaca, who practiced law with great success in Valparaíso and throughout the rest of the country. In 1998, a new opportunity for expansion arose, leading to the opening of a new office in the city of La Serena. This new office, staffed by a team of highly experienced professionals, was established under the general management of Cristian Mundaca Mura, who also served as an advisory partner.

Our services are designed to advise individuals and small and medium-sized businesses. We offer comprehensive support in tax, civil, and criminal matters. We also focus on advising bank debtors and managing our clients' assets in the real estate sector, where client trust is our top priority.

His partners have founded a company dedicated to providing advisory services and developing litigation strategies across a wide range of legal areas throughout the country. Our main offices are located in the cities of Valparaíso and La Serena.

In addition, we have a network of associated lawyers and professional firms throughout the country and abroad.

The coat of arms of the Mundaca family, of Basque origin, inspires the firm's identity. Based on this, our logo retains the wolf, which represents our approach to each case as a prudent, strong, and loyal defender, acting with wisdom and balance. A wolf standing upright or in vigilant profile conveys authority and firmness without aggression. It is accompanied by a gold background, representing wisdom and nobility.
